Just look at the mess left by the 1.5 million persons who attended the Obama inauguration.

Did they have to trash a beautiful place like the Washington Mall?

Who did they think would clean it up? Did anyone even care?

It seems that just plain courtesy, respect, and pride would stop people from doing stuff like this.
